From the first grape to the last bottle

The premium line Vincelli is an idea born out of the increasing demand for higher quality wines and a more conscious consumer. Located in the heart of the Prosecco cultivation zone Valdobbiadene, the access to the best quality of grapes and raw materials shape what we then call a culinary experience for all senses. Harvested by hand, only the finest grapes that meet our strict standards are then gently pressed to extract the contents, which after a long vinification process are then filled into our modern shaped bottles. The fine mousseux in the bottles is responsible for the pressure within the bottle, that preserves the wines freshness and key characteristics.
